The town of Novalja is situated on the north-east coast of the island of Pag. It is the tourist center and the middle port of the island of Pag and of the entire Ličko-Senjska County. It is renowned for its beautiful nature, unique sand beaches, and a rich cultural and artistic heritage. Its mild Mediterranean climate and diverse cultural, entertainment and recreational activities make Novalja a very desirable and sought after vacation destination.

It should be noted that Novalja is easily accessible because of the exceptional geographic and traffic position of the island of Pag. From the north side, there is the Prizna-Žigljen ferry line that takes you to Novalja in ten or so minutes, and from the south side the island is connected to the mainland by means of the Pag bridge that takes you from Novalja to the highway for Zagreb in 40 minutes.

We have begun the construction of a complex of Mediterranean villas with pools in the town of Jakišica near Novalja. Villas will be surrounded by 500-year-old olive trees.
